Our Mission

When you think of an elite performer, what characteristics come to mind?  Are they confident?  Composed?  Do they give up in the face of setbacks?  What makes these individuals the best of the best is not only the way they train physically, but how they deliberately train their minds.

Our mission is to provide the same caliber of mental skills training to athletes that are hungry to excel.  Our approach at The Elite Mind Academy, LLC is to individualize every training plan so it fits the needs of each performer, rather than a one size fits all approach.  Whether you're struggling with remaining focused on the field, your thoughts becoming your own worst enemy on the court, or letting your nerves get the best of you on the starting line, mental skills training can provide the tools you need to achieve your version of success in any and all situations.
